JVS Scholarship Application

THE 2009-2010 ONLINE APPLICATION IS NOW AVAILABLE

The online application deadline is March 13, 2009.
Supplementary materials must be postmarked by March 13, 2009.
(except for 2008 Federal Returns which must be postmarked by April 15, 2009).

ANY SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS POSTMARKED AFTER MARCH 13, 2009
WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Thank you for your interest in the JVS Scholarship Program. Please carefully read all information contained on this page before submitting your application.

Although the online application will be available until March 13, 2009, it is strongly recommended that you begin the application process as early as possible, as you will need to submit documentation from third-parties (such as official transcript and letter of recommendation) which can take several weeks in order to obtain. Any supplemental materials (including official transcripts and letters of recommendation) postmarked after March 13, 2009 will not be considered. There will be no extensions to this deadline for any circumstances.

Early, complete applications are gratefully accepted, as historically most of our students apply within a week of the deadline, putting a great burden on our processing abilities.

Please READ ALL DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY. If a response is required, it must be filed out in the space provided. Similarly, if a form is required, it must be submitted in the form provided. The completeness of your responses and your ability to follow directions will influence your selection as an award recipient. Late, incomplete applications will not be accepted.
