Bank of America presents $50,000 donation to JVS' BankWorks training program.
Karla Lee, Business Support Executive for the Southwest Region of Bank of America presented the check to JVS CEO Vivian Seigel. A long time supporter of BankWorks, Lee expressed her gratitude to all of the banking partners who work together to open doors of opportunity for the primarily low income, inner city adults who complete the program .
Participating banks include Citibank, City National Bank, Continental Currency Services, Inc., One West Bank, Pacific Western Bank, Union Bank, US Bank and Wells Fargo, with additional funding from the Sheri and Les Biller Family Foundation and the State of California Employment Training Panel.
